Shake Shack in Novi, MI is hiring for a Crew member to deliver hospitality and join a fast-paced team. You will prepare and assemble food orders according to Shake Shack's standards and rotate through stations.

This role requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, with an hourly rate of $15 plus tips. Training is provided to help you grow within a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Adaptability to various roles within the restaurant.
• Consistently demonstrates integrity by doing the right thing and taking accountability.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 16 years or older.
