Job summary

Shake Shack is hiring crew teammates to join our team in a fast-paced, guest‑focused environment. You will prepare and assemble food, master multiple stations, and rotate through roles while upholding our standards for quality and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead interactions with guests with warmth and care.
• Prepare and assemble food orders according to Shake Shack standards and recipes.
• Master all stations and rotate through them.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure guest safety.
