Shake Shack in Missouri is hiring crew members to deliver guest-focused hospitality and prepare food per our standards. You will rotate through stations, maintain safety protocols, and embody our values in daily interactions.

With a starting wage of $15 per hour plus tips, this role offers learning opportunities, mentorship, and a welcoming, inclusive environment as part of the Shake Shack family.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced environment.
