Responsibilities

• Lead internal functions including Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Delegate tasks to team members and report back results.
• Support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in Kitchen, People, and Service areas.
• Supervise food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items.
• Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals.
• Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring staff is trained and organizing service areas.
• Partner with the restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Lead by example while upholding company policies and brand standards.
