Chick-fil-A is seeking a Team Leader in New Jersey to support senior leadership in daily operations and coach team members. You will lead shifts, model excellent service, and ensure the restaurant runs smoothly in a fast-paced setting.

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high‑volume, fast‑paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team

• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
