Job summary

Whataburger is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, coach staff and deliver outstanding guest service. You’ll partner with the GM to drive a multi-million dollar business, manage scheduling, training, and budgeting, and ensure cleanliness and compliance.

You’ll build a high-performing team, mentor teammates, and model Whataburger’s standards while creating a welcoming, efficient dining experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Proven ability to manage scheduling, budgets and staffing.
