Job summary

Panera Bread Company in Wildwood, MO is seeking a Team Manager to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing restaurant team. You’ll ensure guests receive outstanding food, service, and staff engagement, while driving sales and operational excellence.

You’ll participate in hiring and training, uphold food safety standards, and contribute to a culture of warmth, belonging, growth and trust. The role includes nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• 1+ years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• Role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction with food quality, service and staff.
• Build engaging relationships to foster loyal guests.
• Lead, manage and develop team members through coaching and motivation to exceed goals in sales, speed, order accuracy and guest experience.
• Participate in interviewing and selection process.
• Train team in food safety standards and ensure maintenance.
• Cultivate culture of warmth, belonging, growth and trust.
