Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Proven ability to lead shifts, motivate and coach others.
• ServSafe certification or ability to achieve certification.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Background check required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Excellent communication in a loud, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop team members to exceed goals in sales and guest experience.
• Oversee daily shifts and maintain Panera's quality and service standards.
• Participate in interviewing and selection of staff.
