Job summary

Panera Bread in Saint Peters, MO is seeking a Team Manager to lead busy shifts, support team development, and uphold Panera's high guest experience standards.

You will recruit and train staff, manage operations, ensure food safety, and foster a warm, inclusive culture. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are required; ServSafe certification is preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 with restaurant management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching others in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends, background check required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk for several hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop team members by coaching, inspiring, and motivating them to exceed goals in sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience.
• Participate in interviewing and selection processes.
• Train the team in food safety standards and ensure compliance.
• Help build Panera’s culture of warmth, belonging, growth, trust and teamwork.
• Ensure guests are delighted by the quality of food, service, and staff.
