In this role you’ll open/close the restaurant, manage inventory and orders, and supervise cash handling to support smooth service. Strong hospitality and leadership are essential to thrive here.

• Open and close the restaurant, place food orders, conduct inventory, and cash handling.

• Ensure a positive work environment and high-quality guest experiences.
• Delegate routines, supervise daily operations, and uphold standards.
• Collaborate with Managers to deliver on guest commitments.
