Circle K Stores Inc. in Hazlehurst, GA is seeking a part-time Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and lead the team in their absence. You will coach workers, ensure standards, and help deliver fast, friendly service to guests.

Responsibilities include shift scheduling, coaching, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with inventory, cash handling, and complying with health and safety regulations while upholding company values.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment and performs housekeeping duties
• Assigns shift duties and follows up for completion
• Directs team to ensure food items are prepared and served safely and per standards
• Cascades information and assists with new product training
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory records for the shift
• Completes end of shift and end of day paperwork and reports discrepancies
