Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager (ARGM) to support the Restaurant General Manager in Princeton, WV. You will help hire, train, and develop a strong team while upholding Pizza Hut standards and brand values.

Responsibilities include maintaining outstanding customer service, managing inventory and safety, and promoting a positive culture. Leadership, communication and MSM course knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• Be a customer centric leader supporting all roles.
• Proficient at Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Able to communicate and give feedback in a positive manner.
• Serv Safe certification and shift-leader readiness are preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist RGM with hiring, training and building a bench of key holding managers.
• Promote a positive restaurant culture and high employee experience.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and brand consistency.
• Assist with inventory, forecasting and scheduling processes.
• Ensure health, safety and brand standards are met on shifts.
• Support career development and performance management for staff.
