The Pizza Hut Assistant Restaurant General Manager (ARGM) role reports to the Restaurant General Manager and directs shift leaders, trainers and team members to sustain smooth daily operations and a positive store culture.

Responsibilities

• Assist RGM with Hiring, Training, Building a bench of key holding managers and team members.
• Own and Promote Positive Restaurant Culture and Employee Experience.
• Maintain Excellent Customer Service Standards.
• Enforce and Follow Pizza Hut Service Principals.
• Assist RGM with Oversight and Execution of all store inventory, forecasting, scheduling processes.
• Develop a store team with high customer satisfaction results.
• Ensure restaurant meets all brand standards and processes on shifts.
