Job summary

Qualifications

Previous restaurant supervisory or management experience (hotel experience a plus!).

Responsibilities

Lead by example with a positive, engaging presence on the floor — you’re the energy that keeps the restaurant buzzing.
Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure every guest leaves feeling valued, welcomed, and eager to return.
Support hiring, training, and coaching a dynamic restaurant team, building a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and accountability.
Hold staff accountable to hotel and brand standards while still inspiring them with encouragement, recognition, and clear communication.
Assist with daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines.
Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager and culinary team to enhance service flow, boost guest satisfaction, and elevate the overall dining experience.
