Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality at the Boston Marriott Burlington is seeking an upbeat Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead a full-service hotel dining team. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and love creating memorable dining experiences, this might be the perfect fit for you.

• Previous restaurant supervisory or management experience (hotel experience a plus!).

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, and coaching a dynamic restaurant team, building a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and accountability.
• Hold staff accountable to hotel and brand standards while still inspiring them with encouragement, recognition, and clear communication.
• Assist with daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager and culinary team to enhance service flow, boost guest satisfaction, and elevate the overall dining experience.
