Subway is hiring an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations in Akron, OH. You’ll lead a small team, ensure guest satisfaction, manage inventory, scheduling, and safety standards, and support in executing promotions.

You’ll develop staff, train teammates, and help with ordering and costs. The role is full-time with varied shifts; compensation will be discussed during hiring.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills and ability to interact with all team levels.
• Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a staff of 4-12, assigning and evaluating work.
• Assist in planning events and promotions, and coordinate any needed training.
• Assist with product ordering and inventory as needed.
