Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for the Phoenix Glendale Renaissance property. Lead, train, and schedule restaurant team members to deliver seamless service across every shift, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from arrival to check-out.

You will support daily operations, maintain food safety and sanitation standards, and assist servers to keep service smooth. The role requires hands-on leadership and flexibility across mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant service experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Food Safety certification or ability to earn within 60 days.
• Alcohol Awareness certification or ability to earn within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and schedule restaurant team members to deliver seamless service across every shift.
• Support daily operations by resolving guest concerns quickly and independently, ensuring exceptional experiences from arrival to check-out.
• Ensure opening and closing side work is completed accurately and consistently.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by keeping all equipment and prep areas clean and compliant.
