Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor at the Phoenix Glendale Renaissance to lead and train the restaurant team, ensuring seamless service across shifts and top-notch guest experiences. This on-site role requires hands-on leadership, a focus on food safety, and a commitment to operational excellence.

You will manage daily operations, resolve guest concerns, and support servers while maintaining sanitation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant service experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or ability to earn within 60 days).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and bend or squat as needed.
• Must meet minimum legal age to serve alcohol.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and schedule restaurant team members to deliver seamless service across every shift.
• Support daily operations by resolving guest concerns quickly and independently, ensuring exceptional experiences from arrival to check-out.
• Ensure opening and closing side work is completed accurately and consistently.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by keeping all equipment and prep areas clean and compliant.
• Jump in to assist servers and other restaurant associates to keep service smooth and efficient.
