KFC franchisee is seeking an Assistant Manager in Missouri to partner with the General Manager to drive restaurant success. You will lead a team to achieve goals, own the guest experience with friendly service, a clean dining room, and hot, fresh meals, while growing staff through training and hiring.

You will communicate goals and updates, foster a positive work environment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to KFC values and standards in a fast-paced setting.

Competenze

• 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience leading a team is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn franchisee policies and standards.
