Responsibilities

• Staff Management: Supervising, training, and developing team members to meet Applebee's standards.
• Financial Performance: Assisting with inventory management, cost control, and profitability.
• Team Leadership: Leading and motivating staff to achieve daily goals and manage schedules.
• Employee Development: Recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees, and providing opportunities for growth.
• Communication: Serving as a point of contact for staff, vendors, and internal teams.
