Burger King Milford is seeking a motivated supervisor to support daily operations and lead a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will train staff, monitor service standards, and ensure guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, coaching, schedule management, and maintaining quality while meeting financial goals. Availability on all shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.
