Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist with daily oversight of sales, costs, customer service and food quality in our Falls Church area location. You will help ensure consistent service and adherence to brand standards while supporting the General Manager and team.

Responsibilities include supervising opening/closing, managing labor, processing orders, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding customer satisfaction. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Ensure customers are welcomed, staff are courteous, responsive and service-oriented.
• Ensure food and products are prepared and served per brand standards.
• Assist with opening/closing, prep lists, and labor scheduling as needed.
• Manage cash handling procedures and reconcile cash properly.
• Support store objectives in sales, service, quality and cleanliness.
