Shifts run Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with possible weekend flexibility. A High School Diploma is required, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2–4 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between customers and the company, handling clerical and admin tasks for daily operations.
• Handle customer inquiries via calls and emails, ensuring timely, accurate resolutions.
• Assist with special requests using specialized software to validate and process store orders and take inbound calls.
• Deliver consistent service to restaurants through ongoing training and support.
