Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is hiring a Restaurant Supervisor for the Westin Annapolis on-site in Annapolis, MD. The role supports the Outlet Manager in planning, supervising the Restaurant, Room Service and other F&B outlets to meet guest expectations and financial goals.

The position requires flexibility to work AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays, with physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull carts up to 150 pounds. POS experience and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant supervision or hospitality preferred.
• Able to provide clear direction to staff and handle guest requests.
• Demonstrated communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Monitor servers and bussers to ensure service standards are met.
• Supervise guest service and respond to guest needs promptly.
• Assist Outlet Manager in planning, events, and menu tastings.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and HEI standards.
• Review daily shift communications and prepare the next shift plan.
• Ensure restaurant areas, floors and tables are clean and properly set.
• Adhere to liquor laws and corporate policies.
