Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland in Bossier City is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor (Luk Fu) to oversee shift operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain service standards for the Asian venue.

The role requires coordinating with managers and guiding a team of servers, hosts, and support staff. Key duties include budgeting, inventory control, staff training and scheduling, and enforcing health, safety, and sanitation policies while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Preferred 4-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working in a supervisor role in a dining facility.
• Exposure to an alcohol and smoking environment and ability to work such environment.
• Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or any other regulatory entity.

Responsabilités

• Delegate authority and assign duties as necessary.
• Review departmental status with Manager.
• Develop, implement and supervise programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries.
• Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Overview

The Asian Restaurant Supervisor is responsible to supervise a shift team and be responsible and accountable for administration, operation and the direct management of the Asian Venue. This position reports to the Asian Restaurant Shift Manager & General Manager.

Responsibilities

Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Develop and assist in a supervisory capacity with the business plan and budget for the restaurant.
• Responsible for inventory control and ordering supplies, food and drink necessary to operate the restaurant.
• Developing servers, host, cashiers and utility staff. To include training, interviewing for new hires, assisting with performance management inclusive of disciplinary counseling and conducting performance evaluations.
• Review staffing levels to maintain budgeted level of employment.
• Delegate authority and assign duties as necessary.
• Review departmental status with Manager.
• Develop, implement and supervise programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries.
• Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• You will be exposed to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such environment.
• Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live's operating standards.

Physical Requirements
