Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Experience as a supervisor in a dining facility.
• Must be able to work in an alcohol and smoking environment.
• Must be able to secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or applicable regulatory entity.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a shift team and manage administration and operations of the Asian Venue.
• Develop and assist in the business plan and budget for the restaurant.
• Oversee inventory control and ordering of supplies, food and drinks.
• Train and develop servers, hosts, cashiers, and utility staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Monitor staffing levels to maintain budgeted employment.
• Delegate duties and review departmental status with management.
• Implement programs to reduce and control loss time injuries.
• Meet with directors and managers as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Asian Restaurant Supervisor is responsible to supervise a shift team and be responsible and accountable for administration, operation and the direct management of the Asian Venue. This position reports to the Asian Restaurant Shift Manager & General Manager.

Where You'll Make an Impact

• Develop and assist in a supervisory capacity with the business plan and budget for the restaurant.
• Responsible for inventory control and ordering supplies, food and drink necessary to operate the restaurant.
• Developing servers, host, cashiers and utility staff. To include training, interviewing for new hires, assisting with performance management inclusive of disciplinary counseling and conducting performance evaluations.
• Review staffing levels to maintain budgeted level of employment.
• Delegate authority and assign duties as necessary.
• Review departmental status with Manager.
• Develop, implement and supervise programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries.
• Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Must-Haves

• Preferred 4-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working in a supervisor role in a dining facility.
• You will be exposed to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such environment.
• Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live’s operating standards.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work long hours.

• Ability to climb stairs multiple times daily.
