The Westin St. Louis is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily service and staff development at our downtown dining venue. You will assist the Food & Beverage Manager, oversee guest experiences, and ensure excellence in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control.
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to multitask.
• Prior cash handling and experience with TOAST POS system preferred.
• TIPS, CPR and Serve Safe certifications preferred.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training and development of team.
• Assist with daily service including serving, bussing, hosting and expediting.
• Resolve team members and guest-related issues.
• Use proper cash handling and accounting procedures.
• Stock supplies in restaurant and club lounge.
• Assist with inventory of beer, liquor and wine.
