Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in operating a million-dollar plus business, focusing on a positive customer experience and long-term growth.
• Manage the operations and staff of the restaurant, including execution of company policies, procedures and systems; help achieve store objectives; ensure regulatory and ethical compliance.
• Lead and develop restaurant staff to meet service standards and performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards and company policies.
