Job summary

The Spring House Hotel on Block Island, Rhode Island, is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for the Summer 2026 season under an H2B Extension Visa. The role starts at $25 per hour and is full-time seasonal, based in New Shoreham, RI.

You will supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams, assist with training, scheduling, and coaching, and ensure a high standard of guest service. Responsibilities include maintaining food safety, opening/closing procedures, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve minor guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and cleanliness standards.
• Provide exceptional service and support to staff as needed.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Uphold the company's policies and procedures.
• All other assigned duties.
