Qualifications

• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining restaurant cleanliness, safety and food preparation standards.
• Ensure guests have a positive dining experience; address complaints and provide timely service.
• Supervise, train and develop team members to meet Applebee's standards.
• Assist with inventory, cost control and profitability.
• Lead and motivate staff to meet daily goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Recruit, onboard and train new employees; support growth opportunities.
• Serve as a point of contact for staff, vendors and internal teams.
