Job summary

Tailwater Lodge Altmar, a Woodbine Hospitality Property, located on 35 acres with river frontage, is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead all restaurant operations on scheduled shifts, support staff, and interact with guests to ensure their needs are the main focus. The role emphasizes enforcing hospitality standards, developing talent, and maintaining a spotless, safe dining room.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years food & beverage management experience.
• Must have previous serving and bartending experience.
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
• Must have a positive attitude at all times.
• Must have full open availability to include days, nights, weekends, holidays and on-call.
• Experience with Micros and OpenTable operating systems are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of the operations during scheduled shifts.
• Support staff and interact with guests to ensure extraordinary service.
• Enforce standards for personal performance and hospitality.
