Job summary

Tailwater Lodge Altmar, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton property, is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor. You will oversee all restaurant operations during assigned shifts, support staff, and engage with guests to ensure memorable service.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in food & beverage management, serving and bartending experience, and a proven ability to lead a team with a positive attitude and clear communication. Availability includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years food & beverage management experience.
• Must have previous serving and bartending experience.
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
• Must have a positive attitude at all times.
• Must have full open availability to include days, nights, weekends, holidays and on-call.
• Experience with Micros and OpenTable are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of the operations during scheduled shifts.
• Support the staff with full guest interaction and ensure guest needs are the main focus.
• Enforce standards for personal performance across the team.
• Maintain a spotlessly clean, safe restaurant at all times.

Tailwater Lodge Altmar, Tapestry Collection by Hilton is currently seeking a Restaurant Supervisor. The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible to manage all areas of the operations during scheduled shifts, supporting the staff, full interaction with the guest, ensuring that the guest needs are our main focus while enforcing standards for personal performance.
