Job summary

Tailwater Lodge Altmar, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is seeking a part-time Host/Hostess. Set on the Salmon River, our property blends outdoor adventure with dining service excellence as guests arrive and wait for seating.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, recording party sizes, calling tables, providing wait times, accommodating seating requests, and keeping a clean dining area. Weekend availability and strong communication are essential to join our team.

Qualifications

• Must have weekend availability.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival.
• When immediate seating is limited, record guest names and number of people in party.
• Call out name and number of party when tables become available.
• Provide guests with estimated waiting time.
• Accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible.
• Seat guest guests based on guest preferences and balancing of customer flow in service stations.
• Assists bussers and servers in bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area.
