Jollibee Foods Corp. invites applications for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our US operations. The role supports the Store Management Team to drive business goals through quality, service, and cost controls in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will oversee crew activities, ensure food safety and sanitation, and maintain strong guest relations while working flexible hours including holidays. Immediate placement and eligibility to work in the USA are required.

Qualifications

• Completed high school education or equivalent.
• At least 1 year as a Team Leader in food or retail.
• High energy; able to work variable schedules including holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• MS Office proficiency: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM/Store management to meet store goals through operations support.
• Implement assigned Product/Service Quality or Cleanliness & Sanitation (C&S) Program.
• Implement assigned Crew Management activity.
• Implement assigned Cost Management activity.
• Manage operations of assigned Packaged Program.
