Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Supervisor for Graduate by Hilton Eugene. You will supervise and train staff, ensure service standards, and manage opening/closing duties while maintaining a guest-focused environment.

Qualifications include a high school education, 2+ years leading shifts in a restaurant or bar, with bartending and alcohol awareness certifications preferred. This tipped position offers growth and a robust benefits package.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervises, trains, monitors and coaches restaurant staff
• Directs and assigns restaurant employees as needed to ensure all aspects of service meet operational standards
• Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties
• Reinforces a customer service mentality and ensures all employees are focused on serving the customer at all times
• Immediately and respectfully resolves guest requests
• Perform various other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education
• Minimum of two (2) years in restaurant/bar experience leading shifts without supervision
• Certification in bartending preferred
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
