Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Room Attendant to join Graduate by Hilton Eugene. You will clean guest rooms and public areas, follow safety procedures, and ensure guest comfort in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The position is full-time with hourly pay between $15.55 and $18.66, plus perks such as Daily Pay, telemedicine, health insurance options, a 401(k) match, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player with guest service mindset.
• Knowledge of cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize rooms and public areas to standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels.
• Follow safety and security procedures.
• Know hotel property and services to assist guests.
• Stock rooms with soap, tissues, drinking glasses.
• Report lost and found items.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensurethatroomsandpublicareasarecleanedandsanitizedto company-mandatedstandards


• Ensures that rooms have clean linen, bedding andtowels


• Understands and follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel


• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation,andhotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants)


• Ensures that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues,drinking glasses,etc.


• Identify itemsthatguestshaveleftbehindandreportitemsutilizing hotel's lost and found procedures


• Other duties as assigned
