White Lodging in Austin, TX is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead by example, and deliver guest-focused service that drives memorable experiences.

You will schedule and coach a high-performing team, ensure service standards, utilize Micros POS and MS Office tools, and uphold WLW training and scenography. This full-time role includes competitive benefits and opportunities for growth across multiple hotels.

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will help lead daily operations to deliver outstanding guest experiences, ensure smooth service execution, and foster an engaging and motivated team environment.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring all service standards are consistently met.
• Lead by example and assist associates during service to maintain a hands-on and guest-focused approach.
• Implement and uphold all White Lodging Way (WLW) training, certification materials, and scenography standards.
• Monitor dining times, seating rotations, and shift capacities to ensure smooth operations.
• Schedule and manage associates according to staffing guides and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate associate documentation, performance reviews, and REX/RAP evaluations.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a culture of hospitality through consistent communication and coaching.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong organization, planning, and team development skills.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Micros POS systems.
• Excellent customer focus and problem-solving abilities.
