White Lodging is seeking a Restaurant Operations Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant activities, lead a team, and ensure top-tier guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage staffing, training, inventory, and safety compliance while maintaining a strong service standard and fostering a collaborative team culture. This role emphasizes guest focus and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a dynamic food and beverage environment.
• Passion for service excellence and the ability to inspire teams to memorable guest experiences.
• Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification preferred).
• Effective communication with guests, associates and management teams.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and resolve problems efficiently.
• Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage operations is preferred.
