Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Supervisor with open availability for 2 AM and 2 PM shifts to join our team. The role emphasizes supervising restaurant staff, directing service to meet standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The position requires at least two years of restaurant/bar leadership experience, and certifications in bartending or alcohol awareness are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education.
• Minimum of two years in restaurant/bar experience leading shifts without supervision.
• Certification in bartending preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, monitors and coaches restaurant staff.
• Directs and assigns restaurant employees to meet service standards.
• Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties.
• Reinforces a customer service mentality and focuses on serving the customer.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervises, trains, monitors and coaches restaurant staff
• Directs and assigns restaurant employees as needed to ensure all aspects of service meet operational standards
• Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties
• Reinforces a customer service mentality and ensures all employees are focused on serving the customer at all times
• Immediately and respectfully resolves guest requests
• Perform various other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education
• Minimum of two (2) years in restaurant/bar experience leading shifts without supervision
• Certification in bartending preferred
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
