Job summary

Delaware North at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin is seeking a part-time Dining Room Supervisor to lead floor operations and ensure guest satisfaction.

You will supervise team members, train staff, and uphold safety and service standards while supporting management on scheduling and budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience required.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, email) required.
• Demonstrate skill in handling guest complaints with active listening.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the activities of all floor team members; ensure breaks occur promptly.
• Train new and existing team members under management.
• Ensure compliance with all departmental and organizational policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members.
• Assist managers in training and development of the team, and conduct team member 1-on-1 sessions.
• Assist managers in the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgetary goals and business volume.
• Inspect by walking through assigned area to monitor staff and guest needs.
• Supervise hourly team members in the daily performance of their duties.
• Ensure the venue is adequately stocked with products and supplies needed for service.

What will you do?

More About You

• Minimum 18 years of age

• Demonstrate skill in dealing with guest complaints, using active listening skills to maintain the guest’s goodwill
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to remain on feet for the entire length of the shift, constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
• Ability to lift, balance, and move large food trays, weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare bills
• The majority of time is spent alternating between the indoor, climate‑controlled environment of the restaurant and the temperature fluctuations of the warehouse and kitchen
