Job summary

Wickenburg Ranch Club, part of Troon, seeks a Full-Time Restaurant Supervisor in Wickenburg, AZ. You will lead daily restaurant operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage housekeeping and inventory alongside a team in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Responsibilities include coordinating service, overseeing side work, assisting with meetings, and supporting reporting. Prior golf or club experience is a plus; evening and weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required with 1 year related hospitality experience.
• Must meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.
• Golf club or resort experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend guests promptly and personally to ensure a high level of service.
• Keep restaurant and facilities clean, well-stocked and organized.
• Monitor equipment and inform Restaurant Manager of repairs.
• Complete side work, cleaning, and storage tasks.
• Assist with pre-shift meetings and review specials and counts.
• Help prepare revenue and production reports as needed.
• Perform dining room duties including seating, bussing, and cashier tasks.

Wickenburg Ranch Club, located in Wickenburg, AZ, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Restaurant Supervisor! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient, and personalized manner.
• Ensures that the restaurant and restaurant facilities are kept clean, well-stocked, and organized.
• Checks the maintenance of all equipment in the restaurant and notifies the Restaurant Manager of needed maintenance and repair.
• Assures all side work is completed, including all cleaning of equipment and storage areas.
• Assists with conducting pre-shift meetings to review specials, menu changes, and house counts.
• Assists in the completion of revenue reports, production reports, and other reports as needed.
• Performs daily activities to include serving tables, bussing tables, seating guests, room service, and general clerical/cashier duties.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED, and 1 year of related experience.
• Must be able to meet state age requirement to serve alcohol.
• Previous golf course and/or club experience is a plus.
• Great verbal and written communication skills.
• Alcohol Awareness Training and Food safety and sanitation training.
• Night and weekend availability.
