Restaurant Supervisor Overview:

As a Restaurant Supervisor you will demonstrate a high level of service, attention to detail for exceptional guests’ satisfaction and positive associate relations. We are looking for a food & beverage professional with leadership and organizational skills to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising hotel restaurant operations
  • Administrative skills
  • Greeting guests and responding to queries.
  • Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
  • Expediting orders as needed.
  • Maintaining inventory
  • Monitoring cash flow and settling outstanding bills.
  • Schedule appropriately with Manager
  • Time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs
  • Assisting in training and mentoring new associates.
  • Supervising, supporting and working shifts.
  • Communicating with culinary and kitchen teams

Job Requirements:

  • Have a keen eye for detail, time management and great customer service skills.
  • Supervising experience is preferred but not necessary.

  • Physical mobility and stamina.
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Ability to follow instructions.
