Job description

We are hiring a Restaurant Supervisor

We are looking for passionate individuals who enjoy serving others! Our hotel offers diverse dining, beverage outlets, and event spaces for receptions, meetings, trainings, reunions, and more. Our goal is to shine in service quality, encouraging positive word-of-mouth to attract more guests. To achieve this, we need a team focused on teamwork, quality, service, and timeliness.

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our dedicated team of passionate associates.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in full-service restaurants, with knowledge of beverage costs and service sequences. Experience with Micros systems is a plus. The candidate should have a hands-on approach, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.

Essential Functions
  1. Direct the operational strategies of all kitchen outlets.
  2. Supervise kitchen staff, restaurant, lounge, banquet, utility, and sanitation teams, providing guidance and support.
  3. Train associates in job duties, including food preparation, presentation, sanitation, and customer service.
  4. Assist with scheduling, evaluating staff, and personnel management.
  5. Maintain open communication with management and staff.
  6. Handle disciplinary actions when necessary.
  7. Provide staff with necessary tools and equipment.
  8. Address issues promptly in the kitchen or restaurant.
  9. Participate in staff meetings, BEO meetings, and inventory reviews.
  10. Ensure high-quality, properly prepared food is served efficiently across outlets.
  11. Assist in all areas of food service and hotel operations as needed.
