Job summary

Maleza Palm Springs is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations and coach the front‑of‑house team in a fast‑paced setting. You will focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences, maintaining service standards, and supporting training and onboarding for new team members.

The role requires 1–3 years of leadership in a restaurant, strong communication, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of restaurant leadership experience (Shift Lead, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or similar).
• Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to remain calm and organized in a high-volume environment.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations alongside the Restaurant General Manager.
• Coach, motivate, and support the front-of-house team throughout each shift.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by resolving concerns with professionalism and care.
• Monitor service standards, food quality, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Help manage labor, staffing levels, and shift execution.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture built on accountability and respect.
