Angler’s Hotel Miami Beach is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily food and beverage operations on site in Miami Beach. This hands-on role involves supervising shifts, coaching team members, and upholding service and presentation standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

You will assist with staffing, inventory, and daily operational needs, work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager, and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment in a boutique hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food and beverage, restaurant, or hotel operations.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, support, and motivate employees during shifts.
• Knowledge of service standards and daily restaurant operations.
• Basic inventory, ordering, and cost control knowledge.
• Food safety, sanitation, and health standards knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English; Spanish a plus.

About the Role

The Food and Beverage Supervisor is a full-time, on-site position responsible for supporting the daily operations of Angler’s Hotel’s food and beverage outlets. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, supporting their team, and making sure every shift runs smoothly.

The Food and Beverage Supervisor will supervise team members during assigned shifts, support training and coaching, maintain service and presentation standards, and help ensure guests receive friendly and efficient service. This position will also assist with staffing levels, inventory and supplies, guest concerns, special events, and daily operational needs.

Working closely with the Food and Beverage Manager and other hotel departments, the Food and Beverage Supervisor will help create a positive team environment while maintaining the standards and service that define the Angler’s guest experience.

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
