Mission Resort + Club is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team! Located in the rolling hills of Lake County, the award-winning, Mission Resort features deluxe accommodations, four distinct restaurants, two 18-hole championship golf courses, a luxury spa, and a wide range of recreational activities. The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for supervising the restaurant staff, which includes recruiting and hiring; scheduling team members; and taking corrective actions. Overall, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations to the highest standards. Having a flexible schedule is required.

The ideal candidate will have two to three years of experience working in food and beverage and knows the importance of working hands-on along with staff and will train staff to maintain and exceed the level of service the restaurant demands.
