Job summary

The Waters in Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Chef/Cook to deliver restaurant-style dining for residents and guests. You will prepare meals with care, accuracy, and timeliness while supporting a smooth, service-ready kitchen.

Key responsibilities include following the Manager of Dining Services' directions, presenting polished dishes, maintaining sanitation and safety standards, and working with the kitchen team to ensure consistent quality across service.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of cook/chef experience in restaurant or senior living.
• Culinary arts certificate from an accredited program (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items as directed by the Manager of Dining Services with attention to nutrition and presentation.
• Produce well-executed dishes with consistency and flavor.
• Support kitchen workflow across prep through service to maintain a smooth operation.
• Maintain sanitation, food handling, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
