Job summary

The Waters in Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Chef/Cook to deliver restaurant-style dining for residents and guests. You will prepare menu items, ensure timely, quality plates, and support kitchen workflow from prep to service while upholding nutrition, sanitation, and regulatory standards.

Candidates with 1–2 years’ cook/chef experience in a restaurant, senior living, or similar setting and a culinary arts certificate (preferred) are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of cook/chef experience in a restaurant, senior living, or similar setting (preferred)
• Culinary arts certificate from an accredited program (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items as directed by the Manager of Dining Services.
• Produce well-executed dishes with attention to nutrition and presentation.
• Support kitchen workflow across prep through service.
• Maintain sanitation, food handling, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
