PrimoHoagies Rockaway, NJ is seeking a passionate Restaurant Store Manager to oversee daily operations and uphold award-winning quality recognized by USA Today as Best Hoagie Shop in America.

You will lead staffing, inventory, food safety, and customer service while partnering with corporate area managers on marketing and brand initiatives; strong leadership and multitasking are essential in this fast-growing franchise.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in restaurant or retail management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of food safety practices; ServSafe preferred (We will train).

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing: scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management
• Oversee inventory control, ordering, and waste reduction
• Enforce all food safety, sanitation, and health standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns promptly
• Monitor sales, labor costs, profitability, and operational KPIs
• Partner with corporate area managers on marketing, compliance, and brand initiatives
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and PrimoHoagies brand presentation
