PrimoHoagies in Rockaway, NJ is seeking a passionate, hands-on Restaurant Store Manager to oversee daily operations and uphold the award-winning quality that has earned USA Today’s Best Hoagie Shop in America three years running. You’ll lead staffing, manage inventory and food safety, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant or retail teams.
• Familiar with food safety practices; ServSafe training is a plus (training provided).
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing: scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management
• Oversee inventory control, ordering, and waste reduction
• Enforce all food safety, sanitation, and health standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns promptly
• Monitor sales, labor costs, profitability, and operational KPIs
• Partner with corporate area managers on marketing, compliance, and brand initiatives
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and PrimoHoagies brand presentation
